White Glove Service & Customization

As experienced educators and experts in education abroad, we understand diverse needs. At every tier, the Traveler Trainer PROgram offers a value-packed learning experience, but at the the "White Glove" level, our partners have customization options that give them control of designing a "Traveler Trainer PROgram" that is just right for their institutional needs and telling us what we can do to build the right solution for them.

Customized Content

Your students will view a combination of standard and customized content. Some content can be customized to reflect your institution’s requirements.

For example, if you require some students to use a specific insurance policy when traveling with your institution, then the “Understanding Your Institution’s Insurance” module will be tailored to your particular insurance policy.

We also program “easy buttons” throughout the course, some of which are standard (e.g., buttons that help travelers find their host country's emergency number) and some are institution-customized (e.g., buttons to contact your financial aid or accessibility office directly) so that students can apply what they’re learning immediately and as easily as possible.

Institutional Co-Branding

Content can be personalized with your university name, logo, and information.
Students register using their university email address.
Once they meet your specified criteria, they receive a WorldKind “Travel Heath & Safety Training” certificate of completion displaying your university's name.

Learning Pathways

Since programs vary in duration (e.g., short-term faculty-led vs. semester direct-exchange vs. summer program-provider) and purpose (e.g., academic credit vs. service-learning vs. athletics), you can require different modules on each learning pathway so that your students will see content that’s relevant to them.

"White Glove" service comes with up to three learning pathways. Tell us how you want to mix and match the modules to guide students through different required modules based on their program types, and we will program the pathways for you.

Admin Access

Staff support needed is minimal, and there are a number of hands-on and hands-off options for monitoring progress and completion.

"White Glove" partners will have access to one admin account with privileges to add, enroll, and manage users. You can also monitor user progress, run analytics and reports, and manage certificates with that account. Our "Admin Guide" including tutorials will teach you how to monitor progress and completion so that you can check on students yourself at any time.

We can also set up periodic reports to be emailed at your direction to you and other staff members.
