Admin Guide

Most of the time, when you log in you'll be taken directly to your dashboard to access the admin areas of your account as shown in the tutorials below. However, if you've been viewing your modules as a user, you can navigate to the dashboard from your "My Modules" page using the green hovering menu button on the left of your screen, as seen below:

Your WorldKind Academy administrative access allows identified users to:

Easily get a list of all users
Review individual user information and activity visually
Review multiple users' progress towards certificate completion
Easily export a list of all users' progress for required / option courses, including certificates

Below we will walk you through the most important areas of your administrative view, and best practices for identifying specific data points.

The Homepage is the default page for users upon log in. There are three buttons on this view that take you to specific pages or reports. The most useful button is “View User Progress.”

Select your preferred file type to export the information. The export will include:

Username: First and last name of the traveler
Email: the email addressed of the associated person
Module Name & Progress: One column for each module selected in your view. Each row (person) will have a percentage number (0-100%) or a blank for each module.

Blanks will only appear if they have not completed the required modules to be automatically enrolled into the “Claim your Travel Health and Safety Certificate” module. This should never be blank for a person who has completed all required modules for your institutional use case.

Each page of the required modules must be marked as complete for the system to register completion. This is explained to students in the final page of each module, as shown below.

For the first 12 months after receiving the certificate: Users retain access to their enrolled courses and progress for 12 months. During this period, their progress will remain intact, and their certificate is valid.

What if my student goes on another program during that 12-month period, and I want them to retake the course?
Please contact support@worldkindlearning.com as we will have to manually reset their account.

12 months AFTER receiving the certificate:

At the 12-month anniversary of receiving the certificate, the certificate expires, and users will be unenrolled from all courses with their progress reset. This happens automatically and requires nothing on your part.

If a user has earned a previous certificate but it is no longer current, it will not appear in their “User Details” overview after 12 months.

What if my student comes back to WorldKind Academy after 12 months when their certificate has expired?
Our system automatically recognizes them as a "Frequent Flier" if they return at any point after their certificate expires. They will automatically be enrolled in the Placement Exam, and each student will select a new "Course Path" upon re-entry into our platform.
