Trouble creating an account?

Did you try . . .

Using the "Sign Up" Form NOT the "Log In" button

Did you fill out the “Sign Up” form on the landing page to create a NEW account?

Or, did you try to use the “Log In” button in the top right corner?

The "Log In" button only works for returning users. 

Using your institutional .edu email 

Did you use your institutional .edu email when creating the account?

Using any non-institutional email will allow you to log into the platform, but you will NOT see any courses because you MUST use your institution's .edu to see that institution's courses.

If you created an account using any other email, you need to create a new one using the "Sign Up" form with the correct institutional email.

If you are taking this training but do NOT have an institutional .edu email with the institution you'll be traveling with abroad, you need to contact your institutional host and ask them to enroll you manually.

Verifying your email

If you used the correct email, you should've received an email message in that account (Check SPAM!) asking you to verify the account.

Did you find and use that email to verify your account? You won't be allowed into the system or see the correct courses until you verify your email.

Using the correct landing page

Your institution should have give you a specific landing page to use when creating an account.

Did the page you were trying to sign up on have your institution’s branding on it?
